Question Acceptance Deadline - 2025/09/19 05:00:00 PM EDT The goal of this project is to develop an OHM Comprehensive Plan starting with assessment of the current state of the OHM followed by development of a new Vision and providing a comprehensive short, medium, and long-term plans closely aligned with the overall PortsToronto's vision ("Transportation Reimagined") and the associated 5-year Strategic Plan. Scope also includes analysis of the market and user needs, identifying infrastructure and operational improvements, and designing a sustainable long-term plan to guide its development over the next 20 years (2025-2045), in a way that meets the needs of users and aligns with Canadian federal policies. The project will include a comprehensive consultation and engagement plan with PortsToronto staff as well as external stakeholders, including but not limited to local communities, Indigenous communities, federal, provincial and municipal agencies, marina users, businesses, general public, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the process.
