This Request for Proposals (RFP) is an invitation by Deltera on behalf of the Toronto Community Housing Corporation (TCHC) for qualified Contractors to submit Proposals for Elevator Services at Building 4A in Phase 4 of the Regent Park revitalization project Question Acceptance Deadline: 2025/09/23 04:00:00 PM EDT Only questions submitted in writing to the RFP Contact before the Deadline for Questions will be answered. Questions can neither be received nor responded to verbally. TCHC reserves the right not to answer any questions submitted after the deadline for asking questions stipulated in Table 1. All questions will be collected and responses provided by the RFP Contact to all Proponents. Questions received after the deadline stipulated in Table 1 will not be answered. Where an answer necessitates a change to this RFP, an appropriate Addendum will be issued. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. * The project value listed reflects the total project estimate.
