This RFT is an invitation by the City to following pre-qualified Suppliers that have pre-qualified from RFSQ Doc3512316731 dated July 25, 2023 Category 3 AODA to provide various general contractor services for Capital Construction Projects under the Corporate Real Estate Division (CREM) - Project Management Children's Services (CS), and Senior Services & Long-Term Care (SSLTC) Office, to submit bids for the performance of the Work, as further described in Part 3 (DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS) and the Contract. Existing exterior pavement and steps; interior wall partitions (Concrete, CMU, Drywall, Curtain Wall, etc.); flooring materials and bases (Concrete); Existing interior and exterior doors and frames; Existing interior and exterior doors and frames Existing outlets/switches/thermostats/access cards; breaker panel; Lighting; Staircases; existing plumbing fixtures and washroom accessories; Existing door hardware, Windows, HVAC units and ducting, electrical panels and other electrical devices.
