They do not have a date yet for when the actual bid opening will be held.** FY 2026 Water Reservoir and Water Tower Improvements Description of Work: The work for which proposals are invited to bid on consists of, in general, but shall not be limited to, the following: Village owned Water Tower and Water Reservoir repairs, inside and outside of the facilities, including at height, as well as wet and dry work inside the facilities. The Village of Hainesville, a local government unit in Lake County, Illinois, invites interested parties to submit a bid proposal for the FY 2026 Water Reservoir and Water Tower Improvements. The work is located at the Hainesville Water Tower located north of Brittany Park (235 Tower Dr, Hainesville, IL 60030) and the Hainesville Water Reservoir (0 Lisk Drive, Hainesville, IL 60030). Bidders are not required to be IDOT Prequalified for this bid but shall be licensed by the State of Illinois to perform these services. Not less than the current prevailing rate of wages as found by the Illinois Department of Labor or determined by a court on review, shall be paid to all laborers, workers and mechanics performing work under this contract Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, Bank Cashier's Check or Certified Check in the amount of Five percent (5%) of the total bid amount made payable to the Village of Hainesville shall accompany the bid.
