Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in West Vancouver, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 69,900-square-foot, eight-story above grade multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
The District is making this Site available via a ground lease to facilitate the construction of a multifamily residential development, that can include affordable rental housing, supportive housing, market rental, strata residential, or a combination of the housing types. The new zoning allows a maximum total density of FAR 2.5, allowing a total of approximately 6,410 square metres (about 69,900 sq.ft.) of floorspace. The zoning also allows the building to be built up to 27.43 metres in height to a maximum of 8 stories. Site: 1538 Fulton Avenue, 1542 Fulton Avenue, 775 15th Street, 791 15th Street. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals for the development of the Fulton Properties has closed and a preferred proponent has yet to be identified. The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to invite private developers, non-profit housing organizations, or consortiums to submit Proposals for the Site. Further update in summer 2026, pending selection of a preferred proponent.
