**As of November 19th, 2025, bids received were rejected. No definite date for the rebid.** Bid proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check, or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, but not in excess of twenty thousand ($20,000) dollars and made payable to the Mercer County Improvement Authority. The bid bond may also be provided with a certified check and cashiers check in accord with provisions within general requirements of this bid. Facsimile or telecopies of the documents will not be acceptable. All interested bidders shall verify what Addenda have been issued during the period up until seven (7) calendar days ) before Bid opening, examine all of these Addenda and reflect all of these Addenda in their Bids. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and P.L. 1975 C. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq.) regarding equal employment opportunities and with the requirements of P.L. 1977 C.33 regarding corporate and/or partnership ownership. The right to reject any and all bids is reserved in accordance with applicable law.
