Public Works, Park Equipment, and Construction Services The successful contractor shall be required to submit Certified Payroll Forms on this project. Each bidder shall be required to submit a Bid Security in the amount of 10% of their bid (but not over $20,000.00) with their bid. Each bidder shall also be required to submit a Consent of Surety with their bid. Questions concerning this RFP shall be directed in writing to the Salem County Office of the Purchasing Agent, Attention: Jeffrey T. Ridgway, Jr., Purchasing Agent, either by facsimile at (856) 339-4190 or by email at purchasing@salemcountynj.gov. Questions must be submitted by 12:00 P.M. (Noon) on September 18, 2025. Questions received after this date and time will not be answered. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
