INTRODUCTION The Chester County School District ("District") is requesting sealed proposals from qualified, licensed commercial plumbing contractors ("Vendor") to provide on-call plumbing services across District-owned facilities. The scope includes routine maintenance, emergency repairs, installation of plumbing fixtures, and resolution of water and drainage issues. Services must comply with the South Carolina Office of School Facilities (OSF) standards, applicable building and safety codes, permitting standards, and all Federal, State, and local regulations. The successful Offeror will demonstrate experience with K-12 educational facility plumbing systems and the ability to respond quickly to both routine and emergency service requests. CCSD is seeking to establish a contract with one or more qualified, licensed commercial plumbing contractors to provide on-call plumbing services for District-owned facilities.
