Site work and renovation of a civil project in Minooka, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of December 2, 2025, project was awarded to PirTano Construction Company, LLC but awarded amount is not available. The Work includes the following: Water Delivery Structures - 1 includes four below-grade, cast-in-place concrete structures; three approximately 22-feet by 19-feet, and one approximately 33-feet by 22-feet. Each delivery structure will be constructed at a separate location and will include yard piping and minor electrical work for sump pump, lighting, ventilation, and tamper switch power. Internal piping, meters, control valves, heaters, and permanent electrical equipment will be installed under a separate contract at a later date . Questions will be answered by Addendum. No questions will be accepted or answered orally. All questions must be submitted in writing by October 9, 2025 at 5:00 PM local time in Joliet, Illinois Owner reserves the right to reject Bids
