The work of this project includes: Excavate, cut an opening and rebuild a driveway to facilitate equipment removal. Close the opening and install architectural finishes. Question Deadline 09/19/2025 To receive consideration, questions regarding the RFQ Documents must be submitted in writing no later than 10 days prior to the announced date for receipt of Quotes. The work of the contract is to construct an opening in a precast wall so that equipment may be replaced. The work also includes resealing the opening with a translucent panel and finishing the exterior. This work includes but is not limited to: 1. Excavating to expose foundations and gas lines. Excavate down to the foundation and out three feet from the wall. Extend the excavation 4 feet north of the north structural column location. Other contracts will work in the excavation including: a. Steel frame erectors will place structural members on the foundation. b. Mechanical contractor will relocate the gas line out of the work area. 2. Pouring concrete around the steel beams and relocated gasline. 3. Doweling and connecting to old concrete. 4. Cutting and removing off site a portion of a precast concretewall. 5. Infill of hollow cores in precast wall. 6. Provide and install a translucent panel with aluminum door. 7. Architectural finished including flashing plate, blocking,insulation, flashing and coatings.
