This Request for Proposal is to establish a contract for solid waste disposal, organic waste, and recycling service for the Minnesota Department of Corrections. The contract will serve the Shakopee Minnesota Correctional Facility located at 1010 W. 6th Ave., Shakopee, MN 55379. Any questions or clarifications regarding the solicitation response must be made in writing to the Contract Manager. Responders are encouraged, but not required, to visit the facility prior to submitting a response. Any responder who wishes to make a site visit will need to complete the required Admittance Authorization forms and return them at least three days prior to the scheduled visit. Edits to submitted bids are permitted.
