Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Golden, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The City of Golden, Colorado is seeking bids for Lions Park East - ADA and Safety Improvements. The Lions Park Improvements are primarily sidewalk, parking, and landscaping work located at the eastern portion of the park, and includes improvements to the Maple and 10th Street intersection itself. The intersection improvements include work to relocate storm sewer improvements, create a raised intersection/pedestrian plaza, and to generally improve this critical pedestrian corridor. Work includes demolition related to the improvements including saw cutting, asphalt removal, concrete removal, landscaping removals, subgrade preparation, asphalt patching, concrete curb, gutter, pedestrian ramps, and traffic rated concrete, storm water utility work, signage and striping, irrigation and landscaping improvements. Any and all Work awarded will be to one Contractor. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total Bid Price must accompany each Bid in the form specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond guaranteeing faithful performance and the payment of all bills and obligations arising from the performance of the Contract, and insurance as described in the Bid Documents. No Bid may be withdrawn within a period of forty-five (45) days after the date fixed for opening Bids. The City reserves the right to award the contract by sections, to reject any or all Bids, and to waive any informalities and irregularities therein. All Bidders agree that damage or claim shall not be brought by any Bidder because of rejections, nor shall the Bidders seek any recourse of any kind against the City because of such rejections. The filing of any Bid in response to this invitation shall constitute a binding agreement of the Bidder to these conditions. All Bids shall be prepared and submitted to City at the Bidder's expense, and all Bids become a City record and therefore a public record. Question Submission Deadline:September 25, 2025, 5:00pm
