Reference Number 0000396647 Bid Intent Not Available The Colorado School of Mines is seeking proposals from a qualified offeror to provide year-round, full grounds maintenance services for both the main campus and designated auxiliary properties, which includes turf mowing and edging, snow removal, general landscape care, and maintenance of all planted areas ("Services"). On the main campus, the scope will focus on turf mowing and edging, along with snow plowing of campus streets. Routine landscaping beyond mowing is not included for the main campus in this solicitation. For auxiliary properties, the contractor will provide full-service landscaping, including turf mowing, edging, general landscape care, and maintenance of all planted areas as well as comprehensive snow removal and ice mitigation for all sidewalks, streets, driveways, parking lots, and other paved areas.
