This Sources Sought notice is for Architect-Engineer (A-E) Services under an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) focused on dam safety design. The scope includes a full range of A-E services to support the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Norfolk District in the execution of its Dam Safety Program. Services may include but are not limited to site investigations, geotechnical and structural analyses, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, risk assessments, design development, preparation of construction documents, cost estimating, and construction phase services. The work will support dam safety modifications, rehabilitation, and repairs for federally owned and operated dams, as well as other civil works projects. Location: USACE Norfolk District, 803 Front Street, Norfolk, VA 23510-1096. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
