Renovation of a mixed-use development in Meridian, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
A description of the Work of this project can be summarized to include: Base Bid: Contractor is to install a 2nd fluid cooler on the heat pump loop, new piping, electrical power and controls as required for the installation. The base bid will include the installation of a new concrete pad to mount the fluid cooler on and the chemical feed system for the fluid cooler. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. Bid Alternate #1: Contractor is to build a masonry enclosure around the new cooling tower per the architectural and structural drawings included. One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and electrical subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit of $ Others may obtain documents at cost, non-refundable. QA date - 9-26-2025 Questions concerning a bid must be directed in writing to the designated Design Professional (architect or engineer) no less than ten (10) calendar days before bids are due unless provided otherwise via an addendum
