The completed installation shall not lack any part that can be reasonably implied as necessary to its proper functioning or any subsidiary item that is customarily furnished, and Contractor shall deliver the installation to Owner in operating condition. b. The Work, in general, under this Contract includes the purchase, installation, and construction of all structures, equipment, and materials, including appurtenances, as indicated on the Plans. Major items of construction and services required are designated as follows: Construction of Water, Sanitary and Drainage Facilities Bidders desiring further information or further interpretation of any part of the Contract Documents are hereby obligated to submit a written request online for such information to Engineer not less than seven (7) calendar days before the Bid opening.
