We are asking for trade partner prequalification's. Please review the documents for additional information. Bid Packages 3a Building Concrete 4a Unit Masonry 5a Miscellaneous Steel 6a Casework 7a Moisture protection, Caulking, PEMB Insulation 8a Doors, Hdw 8b Overhead Coiling Doors 9a Metal Stud framing, Drywall, Act 9b Painting 10a Toilet Accessories 13a Pre-Engineered Metal Building Supplier/ Erector 22a Plumbing 23a HVAC 26a Electrical 31a Site Contractor 32a Retaining Walls Additional packages may be added and/or deleted at the discretion of the Construction Manager. Although a firm timeline has not been confirmed, construction is not expected to start prior to early 2026.
