Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Stillwater, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Grading, Intersection Improvements, pedestrian improvements, storm sewer, retaining wall, signal system, signal revisions, stormwater basin grading, signing, and striping. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond or a corporate surety bond made in favor of Washington County in an amount equal to not less than 5% of the total bid. Requests for Bids are being solicited for grading, intersection improvements, pedestrian improvements, storm sewer, retaining wall, signal system, signal revisions, stormwater basin grading, signing, and striping for the 58th Street Extension/County Highway 15 South Segment Project. Washington County hereby notifies all bidders that it does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age and handicapped status in employment or the provision of services in consideration for an award. The Board of County Commissioners of Washington County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any defects therein.
