Conduct a condition assessment by collecting data and evaluating the storm sewer segments identified by the County in Appendix C. Condition assessment data will be collected by closed circuit television (CCTV) inspection. A minimum of one operator who holds a valid Pipeline Assessment & Certification Program (PACP)/Manhole Assessment & Certification Program (MACP) certificate from National Association of Sewer Service Companies (NASSCO) will be on site at all times with each inspection unit. This operator will be fully trained in all aspects of storm sewer inspection and capable of making accurate observations and recording all conditions that may be encountered in the storm sewers. This Request for Quote (RFQ) has been prepared by Washington County to secure services for the 2025 storm sewer investigation on County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 16 (Century Ave. to Bielenberg Dr.), CSAH 38 (70th Ave. to Bailey Rd.), TH 120 (I-694 WB ramp intersection to CSAH 12). Only written (e-mailed) questions will receive responses. Washington County reserves the right to disregard questions received. If a question pertains to a clarification of this RFQ, the question and answer will be forwarded to all Contractors who received the initial RFQ. All Site Inspection Activities and Deliverables shall be completed and sent to Washington County by September 26, 2025.
