Purpose of the contract 1.1 The OMHM is issuing a public call for tenders for the renovation of balconies at Residence Jean-Placide-Desrosiers, located at 55 Ouellette, Montreal, H8R 1L4, Quebec, in the borough of Lachine. 1.2 The project consists of carrying out all work in accordance with the contract documents. Without limitation, the scope of work will include selective demolition, including the disposal of balcony materials and adjacent finishes, and the protection of trees.
