Renovation of a municipal facility in Montreal, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project aims to correct the membrane and localized repair of the concrete of the structural slab, following the end of the useful life of the underground parking membrane. The pathologies observed (See the 2024 Five-Year Inspection Report), but not limited to: Spalling of the concrete without reinforcement at the base of the column, Delamination of the concrete with corrosion of the reinforcement, Degradation of the membrane system around the drains, Generalized degradation of the bearing membrane. Following the presentation of the options in the AR2, the consultant must prepare a plan and specifications for approval and submission with the cost estimate. The consultant must prepare the call for tenders, recommend the best subcontractor, monitor the work and close the project.
