Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Joplin, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; for the demolition of a municipal facility; and municipal facility.
City of Joplin building division of the date of the demolition as photos will need to be taken by an inspector the day of and prior to the demolition. Demolition contractors are responsible for the removal and proper disposal of all foundations, footings including sidewalks, driveways, concrete slabs, retaining walls, dead trees, stumps and debris. Please have landfill address or GPS as well as BOL or Bill of Lading upon request. Backfill then topsoil and must be installed at a maximum grade of 3 to 1 on any slope & elevations to be compacted to approximate existing density then seeding and straw as required. Sewers must be properly capped at the property line and inspection performed prior to concealment. (Specifications of right of entry and access. No access for equipment will be allowed on the property of 1130 S Jackson Ave or 1124 S Jackson Ave. Access to the treehouse is 20ft to the right of the swimming pool. Both the chain link and wood privacy fence will need to be removed and set back in place following the removal All materials will be removed with the tree left intact, (see the attached front view and aerial photos) $ 1809 E. 32nd Street 1518 S. Moffet Ave (specifications of retaining wall to remain will be discussed The successful bidder will be required to be licensed, Bonded and insured as a contractor of the City of Joplin, Missouri. The Planning & Community Development Manager reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the lowest or best bid.
