Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Joplin, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Project generally consists of two (2) schedules encompassing five (5) project sites. Each site is listed below: Schedule 1 Site D23-00749 - Ten Pin Lane Bids will also be received for Add Alternate D1 (Ten Pin Goetz Extension) and Add Alternate D2 (Whispering Oaks). Schedule 2 Site H23-00749 - 12th and Wall Bids will also be received for Add Alternate H1 (13th and Wall Avenue) and Add Alternate H2 (12th and Wall Additional Pavement & Sidewalk). Site C23-00749 - Add Alternate C (Texas Avenue Additional Alley Repair) Site E23-00749 - Add Alternate E (5th and Porter Additional Pavement) Site I23-00749 - Add Alternate I (Massachusetts and Murphy Extension Each Bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount of five percent (5%) of his base bid, which is subject to conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within seventy five (75) calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Attention of the Bidder is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed, and that the Bidder must comply with the payment of hourly wage rates, including all fringe benefits, as established by Sections 290.210-340, RsMO, as amended in 1993, pertaining to the prevailing hourly rate of wages and including fringe benefits, as established by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations of the State of Missouri. Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the City of Joplin's Affirmative Action Program set forth in City Council Resolution No. 81-57, Sections VI and VII.
