Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Walkerton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 12,505-square-foot, four-story above grade, 41-unit multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
Construction of new 4 storey 41-unit apartment building on Eastridge Road in Walkerton, ON. The Project consists of the construction of forty-one (41) residential units, including twenty-six (26) one-bedroom units, eleven (11) two-bedroom units, and four (4) three-bedroom units. The proposed 41-unit residential building is four storeys in height and has an approximate gross floor area of 12,505 sq. ft. (1,162 m2). The building includes one, two, and three-bedroom residential suites, resident support spaces, staff offices, service rooms, and vertical circulation elements, including stairwells and passenger elevators. The Work includes all labour, materials, equipment, and services required for complete construction, including but not limited to site preparation and grading, excavation, foundations, structural framing consisting of stick-built construction with metal stud infill, and potential incorporation of panelized wall systems. The Work also includes all associated mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and life safety systems and installations, including a complete building sprinkler system and two (2) elevators. Additional work includes construction of mechanical spaces, laundry rooms, common amenity space(s), and all related interior and exterior works necessary to deliver a complete and operational residential development.
