The Annapolis Valley Regional Centre for Education (AVRCE) is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the supply of materials, labour, equipment and services required to provide snow clearing and ice control services for the locations provided within this Tender. This contract will commence upon award and will terminate on May 30, 2028. The contract may be renewed for an additional three (3) one (1) year periods to be determined at the sole discretion of the AVRCE. Question Deadline 09/22/2025 Direct all questions, in writing, to the AVRCE contract authority, fax No. 902-538- 4753, do not use any other facsimile numbers or email, gerry.wilson@avrce.ca Any requests for clarification arising from omissions, discrepancies, or ambiguities, must be made in writing no later than five(5) working days prior to the closing date, not including the closing date. Replies to requests for clarification, if required, will be made in the form of written addenda, copies of which will be posted on the AVRCE Tender Web site no later than three (3) working days prior to the date of closing, not including the closing date
