Main Center building. The City has established a target commencement date for construction activities as 10 days after the notice to proceed. The estimated completion date is estimated to be sixty (60) calendar days. The City reserves the right to modify the commencement date, subject to Owen and Contractor availability, phase the construction of the Project, or modify the schedule as needed and determined by the City due to modifications in the scope of work.
