Site work for a water / sewer project in Minot, North Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work is generally described as follows: Work to be performed under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, constructing concrete encasement caps along existing sheet piles and placement of erosion control riprap. The Work generally consists of the following sites: Eastside Estates Dam 1, Eastside Estates Dam 2, Eastside Estates Dam 3, and Ward County Dam 1. The bid security must be in the form of a bidder s bond and in a sum equal to five percent (5%) of the full amount of the Bid. Bidders must be licensed for the full amount of the Bid. A copy of the contractor s license must be included in the required bid bond envelope. Est. Completion Date: May 1, 2026 Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids and rebid the Project until a satisfactory bid is received. Question Deadline 09/19/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
