Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, tools, equipment, expertise, administration, transportation, and supervision necessary to renovate the current Sterile Processing Service (SPS) located in Building 1. All construction work must adhere to the latest NFPA, ICRA, OSHA, and life safety requirements, as well as all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, rules, and regulations. Construction activities must be performed without affecting the medical center's operations. The scope of work includes specialized construction labor and supervision for demolition, mechanical, electrical, structural, architectural, communications, plumbing, fire protection, and interior finishes. Location: Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks, Building 1, 1100 N College Ave, Fayetteville, AR 72703 The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
