Renovation of a mixed-use development in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Working plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Renovate the Sterile Processing Service (SPS) by providing all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, and services required for general construction, civil, structural, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, security and electronics, demolition, and all other work identified in the construction documents. Work includes performing the full renovation of the SPS area and furnishing, installing, and integrating all required systems to deliver a complete and functional facility. The project also requires leasing, providing, and maintaining a temporary SPS trailer to ensure uninterrupted hospital sterile processing operations throughout the duration of construction. All work must comply with the issued construction drawings and specifications, applicable codes, and VA requirements. Location: Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks, 1100 North College Avenue, Fayetteville, AR 72703. The period of performance will be 720 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. Magnitude between $20,000,000.00 and $50,000,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
