The City of Fayetteville is seeking proposals from qualified firms and/or development teams for the purchase or lease, and development of approximately a 7.068-acre tract of land owned by the City of Fayetteville at the intersection of Happy Hollow Road and Huntsville Road (i.e., AR Highway 16).
