The scope of work is to overlay the existing built-up roofing system with additional insulation and a tpo membrane roofing system. Contract, if awarded, will be on a lump sum basis. The bid may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after date of opening. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond payable to the Gwinnett County Board of Education, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Base Bid Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond, each equal to 100% of the Contract Sum will be required of the successful bidder and from successful Grading/Site Utilities, Mechanical/HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Protection, Steel Erection and Roofing Subcontractors.
