**As of October 2, 2025, the project was awarded to Nardulli Construction Company, Inc but the awarded amount is not available** The City of Wheaton is soliciting competitive bids for the 2025 Concrete Panel Replacement Program. The work consists of pavement removal, placement of Class C Patches, tie bar installation, and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project. The following locations are included as part of this project and are in the City of Wheaton corporate limits. o Wilson Avenue between South Williston Street and South Blanchard Street o Summit Street between East Hawthorne Boulevard and Wakeman Avenue o Shady Lane between Stoddard Avenue and the end of the cul-de-sac o South Wheaton Avenue between Arbor Avenue and West Elm Street o East Forest Avenue between Stoddard venue and Glencoe Street No Pre-Bid Conference Available Last Date for Questions: No later than September 16, 2025, at 11:00 am (CST) - All questions, either administrative or technical, shall be submitted via email to Tony Sperkowski at asperkowski@wheaton.il.us no later than above date and time.
