The Town of Ashfield is seeking proposals for a Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) and Environmental Review (ER) for the town's Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). Questions will be accepted in writing through 12:00 PM on September 22, 2025. Sealed proposals shall be marked ''Ashfield WWTP Engineering 2025'' and shall be split into two parts- a priced and non-price technical proposal submitted in separate inner envelopes. These will be received at the Town Administrator's Office. The Ashfield Select Board will be the awarding authority. The Town of Ashfield reserves the right to reject any or all responses in whole or in part, to waive minor informalities, and to accept a response and award a contract in the best interest of the Town. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
