The project site is located. The principal items of this project include grading, drainage improvements, construction of a parking lot, sidewalks, and site preparation for a prefabricated restroom building and inclusive playground equipment. The construction manager at risk will be evaluated and selected through a qualification based selection process. Event Bid Description: Responses will be received by the City of Kennesaw, Georgia at the office of the City Clerk located in Kennesaw City Hall at 2529 J.O. Stephenson Avenue, Kennesaw, Georgia, 30144. Responses will be opened at that time, and the names of the responding firms will be read aloud. Responses must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name of the Firm, the Firm's address, and the name of the Project for which the Response is submitted. If forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the Response must be enclosed in another envelope addressed as specified above.
