The scope of work includes furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, fixtures, and services required for a 2" asphaltic concrete overlay on 4,965 linear feet of Road 4 North in Chino Valley and 4,660 linear feet of Dearing Road in Prescott. The project has approximately 3,478 tons of asphaltic concrete with PG 64-22 binder. Other associated work includes retrofitting 4 bridge guardrail transitions, installing 6 new MSKT TL-2 guardrail end treatments, raising 500 linear feet of guardrail, 17,299 linear feet of shoulder build-up and grading, and re-establishing 45,621 linear feet of double yellow pavement markings. All work is to be done in accordance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents.
