Renovation of a residential development in Prescott, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The scope of work includes but is not limited to: Plumbing repair; electrical service and repair; deck, steps, railings and handrails; subfloor repairs and flooring installation; new fascia and rain gutter installation; ceiling; shower replacement; and painting. Minority, woman owned, and disadvantaged businesses are encouraged to submit bids. NACOG may waive informalities in the bids, may negotiate with any and all bidders, and may reject all bids if it is deemed in the best interest of NACOG or the County. The bids must be on a lump-sum basis, for the entire scope of work for the home. Yavapai County, in partnership with NACOG, has been awarded a federal HOME grant from the Arizona Department of Housing for housing rehabilitation projects. NACOG will accept bids from qualified firms registered with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors to make substantial repairs to Two homes located in Congress and Dewey AZ.
