Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Judsonia, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

LOCATION OF WORK The work of this Contract is located at 586 Missile Base Rd., Judsonia AR, 72081, at the site of the existing Friendly Acres City Park in Judsonia. A. These general and detailed specifications form a part of the Contract Documents and shall govern the work. B. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required and construct the improvements in their entirety as shown on the Plans and as specified herein. The Work may include, but is not necessarily limited to, the following 1. the installation of a new exposed fastener R-panel metal roof and ancillary trim 2. the surface preparation and painting of an existing metal pavilion 3. the surface preparation and recoating with surface bonding cement of an existing CMU block wall 4. the construction of approximately 27 linear feet of 60" wide concrete sidewalk and 4 linear feet of 36 wide concrete sidewalk 5. the construction of ADA accessible parking with ancillaries 6. mobilization and demobilization 7. clearing, grubbing, earthwork, seeding, and erosion control 8. site grading 9. new pavilion lighting 10. electrical appurtenances 11. miscellaneous appurtenances 12. safety systems 13. items of construction work and/or materials not specifically addressed herein, but nonetheless required for a complete, operating, and acceptable installation of the work, shall be considered subsidiary to the lump sum bid item, and the cost thereof shall be considered to be included.
