All bid packages for the New Faulkner County Maintenance Building, 65 Acklin Gap Road, Conway, AR, are available for Trade Contractor proposals. Bid packages include but not limited to: earthwork, site utilities, concrete, pre-cast concrete, masonry, pre-engineered metal building structure, metal panels, structural steel, membrane roofing, metalstud framing/sheetrock/acoustical ceilings, glass & glazing, coiling doors, hollow metal doors/frames/Hardware, lockers ,painting, millwork, floor covering, waterproofing & joint sealant, fire sprinkler HVAC, electrical, plumbing, asphalt paving, and line marking. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid over $50,000.00, in accordance with the Instructions for Bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities. Bidder must have a current general or specialty license from the Arkansas Contractor's License Board before the bid proposal will be considered. The bid proposal and work of the proposed contract shall be in accordance with all applicable federal, state, county and local laws, ordinances, and regulations. Sealed bid must be submitted on the bid form furnished in the Instructions for Bid documents. All bids will be received and taken under advisement.
