Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Conway, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
Bid packages are available for proposals related to the New Faulkner County Maintenance Building at 65 Acklin Gap Road, Conway, AR. Work includes furnishing and installing all materials for epoxy flooring, canopies, miscellaneous rough carpentry (including, but not limited to, wood blocking around windows, upper cabinets, toilet partitions, grab bars, mirrors, etc.), supply and installation of hollow metal frames/doors/hardware, miscellaneous specialties (toilet partitions, grab bars, mirrors, fire extinguishers, etc.), and a raised access floor. Sealed bids must be submitted on the provided bid form; electronic bids are not accepted. Bids are on a lump sum basis. Each bid over $50,000 must include bid security equal to five percent of the bid amount. Bidders must hold a current general or specialty license from the Arkansas Contractor’s License Board. All work must comply with applicable federal, state, county, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations. Successful bidders will contract directly with Faulkner County.
