The structure is being designed by Witsell Evans Rasco Architects in Little Rock, Arkansas, as a 151,051 square foot, multipurpose facility, is expected to be located north of the UCA Football Field on Bruce Street. he multipurpose arena will include a basketball court with a 2,500-seat capacity, a 10,000 SF practice court, VIP club with views to basketball and football games, administrative offices, athletic team offices, media and operations support facilities. The purpose of this request is to obtain a contract with a qualified general contractor to provide construction services and administration for the construction of a Multipurpose Arena located on the campus of the University of Central Arkansas, Conway, AR. The schedule for completion of this project is estimated to be July 2029. To be considered, the general contractor must have constructed a minimum of two (2) multipurpose arena type building designs. The firm must also be able to demonstrate a proven record of accomplishment of successfully working with the state of Arkansas.
