CONCRETE to be supplied on an "as needed" basis from January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026 to various locations throughout Cleveland Metroparks. All bids in excess of $10,000 MUST BE accompanied by A "Bid Bond" executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the state of Ohio or a certified check, cashier's check or money order, drawn on a solvent bank or savings and loan association in the amount of five (5%) percent of the bid, and made payable to Cleveland Metroparks, as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, a contract will be entered into, its performance properly secured and shall be in a form the same or similar to the attached. Bids submitted in excess of $10,000 without proper bonding requirements will be disqualified from consideration. In the event that the bidder cannot satisfy the bid after Cleveland Metroparks awards the bid, the award will be given to the next successive bidder as identified by Cleveland Metroparks and the difference in the cost and all related costs to the difference will be assumed by the original bidder and its surety. The deposit of the successful bidder will be retained until the contract is properly executed and delivered. Bid guaranties of all unsuccessful bidders will be held until a proper contract is entered into or until all bids are rejected, as the case may be, and will be returned immediately thereafter. In the performance of all contracts, contractors will comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations pertaining to Equal Employment Opportunities.
