In general, the work involves, but is not limited to, selective clearing, excavation and grading, pre-cast concrete structure and new tile installation, along with seeding. This project includes around 40 cubic yards of earthwork, 3,476 linear feet of various tile installation, 4 precast concrete structures, 23 tons of erosion stone along 9.1 acres of seeding. BMI PROJECT NO. 0A1.127676 The estimated construction cost range for this project is $170,000 to $190,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Bids must be submitted on the appropriate bid forms provided and shall include a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%). Bidders must also be registered with the Iowa Division of Labor The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance/Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price.
