Reference Number 0000397853 Jefferson County requires the services of a contractor to replace the roof top units (RTU's) which have reached the end of their useful life at the Parfet Building. The Work shall include the complete removal of the existing RTU's and the installation of 12 new RTU's on the west side of the building. The replacement units shall be like for like in tonnage as the existing units. Carrier units with adapter curbs and i-Vu Plus Building Automation cards installed are being specified for this replacement project. Any contractor wishing to bid on this project should attend the conference and will have an opportunity to meet with the County's representative and address any questions that may arise. All Bidders should become familiar with all Invitation specifications and plans prior to attending the conference. The Prebid conference is the only time that interested contractors have the opportunity to walk the site and communicate directly with the project team.
