Reference Number 0000397802 The City of Highland Park is seeking qualified respondents to a Request for Proposals to provide construction services for park renovations to Ives Field funded by the CMF Spark Grant. Project consists of site clearing, erosion control measures, earthwork, concrete foundations, softball field backstops, concrete flatwork, asphalt, court surfacing, chain link fencing, restoration and landscape. Question Acceptance Deadline 09/22/2025 12:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Insurance Required - License Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder.
