Site work for a water / sewer project in Highland Park, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Bidder questions will be accepted by emailing questions to procurements@metroca.net through May 29. The City of Highland Park is rehabilitating approximately 22,996 linear feet of sanitary sewer line and performing CCTV and cleaning of approximately 11,150 linear feet of designated sewer in various areas throughout the city. Contractors are invited to propose on the following project components: Phase A: Rehabilitation of approximately 22,996 linear feet of sanitary sewer line, which includes the replacement of 17 manhole structures in alleys at various locations in the city, repair of approximately 14,994 linear feet of existing combined sanitary sewer using the cured-in-place sewer lining method, and replacement of approximately 8,002 linear feet of combined sanitary sewer at various locations in the city. Phase B: CCTV and cleaning of approximately 11,150 linear feet of designated sewer segments in the city. All quantities are approximate and estimated. This project is funded by the State Revolving Fund (SRF) grant agreement between the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy and the City of Highland Park. The contract will require Davis Bacon/Prevailing Federal as well as Debarment and Suspension Certification, Labor Standards Provisions, American Iron & Steel (AIS) requirements, and compliance with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act.
