Site work, paving and renovation of a civil project in Pecos, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a development; for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The project involves demolishing eight existing toilet facilities and replacing them with eight new vault toilets on the Pecos/Las Vegas Ranger District of the Santa Fe National Forest. The current facilities include a mix of composting toilets, vault toilets, and one flush toilet facility, all of which present health and safety concerns for both the public and federal workers. The magnitude of this project is between Between $500,000 and $1,000,000 SCOPE OF CONTRACT Field Tract Campground: The work consists of demolition of one 288 sq. ft. concrete block flush toilet building (including the concrete foundation) and installation of one double-vault pre-cast concrete toilet. It also includes installing a gravel pathway from the road to the toilet. Link's Tract Campground: The work consists of demolition of one single-vault toilet building and installation of one double-vault pre-cast concrete toilet. It also includes gravel pathways around the new toilet. Jack's Creek Campground: The work consists of demolition of four composting toilets and two double-vault toilet buildings and installation of six double-vault pre-cast concrete toilets. The work also includes construction of concrete sidewalks leading to and around the toilets.
