Site work for a water / sewer project in Pecos, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes the construction of approximately 4,706 linear feet of 8-inch PVC C-900 DR-18 waterline via open trench methods along Main Street, and 1,846 linear feet of 6-inch PVC along various side streets. The scope also involves a 136-foot directional bore under a culvert, installation of fire hydrants, and service line connections. Service lines will require location and re-routing by the contractor on a case-by-case basis. An additive alternate, to be potentially change-ordered later, includes an additional 3,326 linear feet of 6-inch PVC waterline along other specified roads. Additive Alternate 1: Please note Additive Alternate 1 is pending property research and will be added at a later date. Additive Alternate 1 is anticipated to be change ordered into the project as soon as property research is complete. Additive Alternate 1 includes 3326 LF of 6-inch PVC C-900 DR-18 waterline through open trench methods along Chamisa Rd, Monica Ln, Epi Rd, and Camino Roybal including installation of fire hydrants and service line connections. Question Deadline 05/14/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
