The contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary to permit and construct a temporary group housing site for four (4) Alternative Transportable Temporary Housing Units (ATTHUs), in accordance with Maui County codes and standards. The site must be developed to operational status, enabling placement of housing units within designated footprints as shown in the Drawings. Scope of work includes site grading, minor hard surface placement, installation of potable water utilities, sanitary sewer utilities, electric power services, and other miscellaneous site amenities as detailed in the Drawings and Specifications titled "767 Luakini Street Temporary Housing Site."
