Site work and renovation of a civil project in Lahaina, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Question Deadline 10/27/2025 Questionnaires, when required by the Procurement Officer, shall be submitted not less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the time designated for opening of bids. The Work includes the furnishing of labor, materials, supplies and equipment required for modifications to the existing Napili No. 1 Pump Station, wet well, electrical building, fuel storage tank, generator, bypass pumping, and associated architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, instrumentation and controls, piping, electrical equipment and appurtenances associated with the Napili No. I Pump Station, including but not limited to programming, testing, startup and commissioning of a new wastewater pumps, generator, fuel tank, electrical equipment and appurtenances. A new Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) will receive all data from the station and communicate information via radio to the Lahaina Wastewater Reclamation Facility. The existing PLC at the Lahaina Wastewater Reclamation Facility will store all historical data for the SCADA system. Bidders must be qualified in compliance with Section 103D-310 of the Hawaii Revised Statutes. idders are required to comply with newest procurement code, HRS, hapter 103-D, any rules and regulations and policy directives issued with respect to hapter 103-D and any amendments thereof.
