The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Construction & Facilities Management (CFM), is announcing multiple Industry Day events for the upcoming CFM Healthcare Design-Build and Construction (DBnC) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC), Solicitation Number 36C10F26R50003. This MATOC will include both an Unrestricted and a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside component. The first Industry Day will be held in person on August 20, 2025, from 3:45-4:45 PM EDT at the DBIA 2025 Federal Sector Design-Build Industry Days at the Hyatt Regency Reston, VA. The second event will be held virtually on September 4, 2025, at 1:00 PM EDT. Interested Design-Build, Construction, and A-E firms are encouraged to attend. A DRAFT RFP is included for industry review and comment, with feedback due by COB on September 12, 2025. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
