Reassemble and install playground structure, swing structure, age appropriate signage, plastic timber border and ramp according to manufacturer's instructions at the new Oscar Johnson, Jr. Enrichment and Recreation Center at 710 Foster Drive in area designated for playground. _ When complete, playground equipment shall meet the most current ASTM 1487 standard for entrapment, entanglement and protrusion hazards. _ Install approximately 3,500 square feet geotextile fabric underlayment _ Install 135 cubic yards of new Engineered Wood Fiber o Engineered Wood Fiber shall be certified through International Playground Equipment Manufacturers Association (IPEMA) and shall meet the most current standard of ASTM F1292, ASTM F1951, ASTM F2075, ASTM F2223 and ASTM F3351 Reassemble and install playground structure, swing structure, age-appropriate signage, plastic timber border and ramp according to manufacturer's instructions at the new Oscar Johnson, Jr. Enrichment and Recreation Center at 710 Foster Drive in area designated for playground.
